You only need 1/4 to half a teaspoon for each cup so one pack lasts.

Suggested Usage:
Half to one mini-scoop (5gm) in 200 ml boiling water. Alternatively it can be added into Somarasa or other hot beverages.
Suggested combination to drink at bedtime: 2 scoops of Spice tea and ¼ to 1/2 a scoop of Mulikamrutam (herbal tea) powder and ¼ to 1/2 a scoop Medhamrutam (brain tea).
