Medhamrutam Tea Powder
You only need 1/4 to half a teaspoon for each cup so one pack lasts.
Directions:
Add 4gm in approx 200 ml boiling water and drink two to three times a day. Alternatively it can be added into Somarasa or other hot beverages.
Suggested combination to drink at bedtime: 2 scoops of Spice tea and ¼ to 1/2 a scoop of Mulikamrutam (herbal tea) powder and ¼ to 1/2 a scoop Medhamrutam (brain tea).
