Castor oil is a vegetable oil pressed from castor beans.

Benefits:

Clears the intestines, liver detoxification  Can be used as “PreShaver”  It is not suitable for those with irritable bowel syndrome.

Usage and Dosage:

Have this once in a month. Drink this oil (about 1ml per kg body weight) overnight after a very light meal, sleep on the right side, gall bladder gets dilated and it clears the intestines in the morning, liver detoxification takes place.  Apply few drops on chin before shaving for better skin on face
